Where do Ruby Macaw Ltd deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK as standard but can look at shipping to your location if it outside of that area.

What delivery service do you use?

We use our own van for orders within London and surrounding counties, outside of this all parcels are delivered via DHL, or if your order is large enough to fill a pallet it will be delivered with palletforce. 

What are the shipping costs?

For all orders over £150.00 GBP (excluding VAT) there are no shipping costs. For any order under that value the cost is £15.00

My delivery is damaged / I have received the wrong product, what now??
